Here you'll find all the info you'll need about how we post, ship and deliver our parcels. If you desperately need your new goodies on a Saturday ready to party, or you just need some further help, please contact us. We'd love to hear from you!



UK Standard Delivery is FREE to mainland.  Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Tracked once dispatched.  We aim to process all orders within 3 days if in stock (except weekends) and you will receive a dispatch note with all tracking details.

Deliveries will be made within 7 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Wednesday.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left or Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. If you have a specific safe place, note this in the comments and this will be added to your order.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.



UK Next Working Day Delivery is  available upon request for a quote please contact  The service is between 1-2 working days. If you order by 2pm, Monday to Thursday, you should receive your goods the next day. If you order before 2pm on Friday, your order will be processed and delivered by Monday.  All orders after 2pm on a Friday will be processed on day and delivered by Tuesday.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.



REST OF THE WORLD (including EU and Republic of Ireland)


For peace of mind, Shelbury only offers trackable international delivery. Available upon request for a quote from Royal Mail, please contact  Deliveries will be made in 3- 5 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.



If you opt for UK standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Shelbury will either re-ship your order (if item is in stock) or offer a full refund at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.


If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Shelbury will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.


Hermes and Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.




If your order contains a PRE-ORDERED or WAITLIST item(s) your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. All handbags are handcrafted and they’re may be a wait of a couple of weeks turnaround.   However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email customer services and we will dispatch your order in two separate parcels.
